Dear CSR,
I created a free tier account which is now over the 30-day window! I am trying to create "groups" so that I can assign users to it. But my tenancy is not showing "Create Users" & "Create Groups" under "Identity & Security".
I am not seeing other options under Identity & Security, such as when I try to create IAM users, I don't see option to select IAM&IDCS users.
