Create dynamic textboxes based on user input

Hi,

I need some opinion, how best the below scenario can be achieved, i am creating a user input form wherein they would enter no. of invoices, if they enter 3, i want 3 dynamic text boxes should appear, so they can enter the invoice numbers.
