Create domain failed while Installing Oracle forms 11g Release2

hi All,

can someone please help me in this:

i have tried installing Oracle developer Suite Release 2.

OS : 64 Bit

Oracle Developer Suite : 32 bit

ofm_frmrpts_win_11.1.2.2.0_32_disk1_1of2.zip

ofm_frmrpts_win_11.1.2.2.0_32_disk2_2of2.zip

Web Logic Server : 11g R1

installation was successful but while configuration, domain failed

- set all the env variables.

- not able to find any services of node manager

Please help..
