Create Controlfile which can be used for restore

i made a big mistake while backing up Oracle Database 11.1.0.7. I made a full database backup with controlfile autobackup on, but, because i didnt realize that the controlfile backup is stored in a different location, i did forgot to copy the controlfile backup which was not in the same directory as the backupset. Now i only have a backup of spfile and the datafiles. Is it possible to create a controlfile which i can use to restore the database on a new host ??? I have no longer access to the system i made the backup from, so i can't copy the controlfile backup from it.
