Create contingent worker using HDL

What value we should paas for ActionCode field in HDL to add a contingent worker?

I am passing it as 'ADD CONTINGENT WORKER' but it errors out saying its invalid.

I could create a contingent worker but I am not able to populate 'Add Contingent Worker' on UI under assignment. When I pass 'ADD CONTINGENT WORKER' for assignment metadata, it errors out saying not valid value for ActionCode.
