Wonder if any of you have come across the actual meaning of the option “container=all” in creating a common user in CDB.
Is there another option except “container=all”? If we don't specify it, it defaults to “ALL” anyway, and we cannot specify “container=pdb1, pdb2, …” , and it really does not mean anything. Any comment on this?
If we have 10 PDBs, and we would like to create a common user in 8 of them and don't want it to be created in other two, is there an option to specify containers in CDB?
