Create Business Rule - can not see planning app to select outline

I am creating a business rule.
I open EAS and select new rule from Business Rules node.
Then I click on Select Outline and try to find the planning application from the Planning servers pop up window.
I can not see the planning app in this window.
What can be the reason?

I can log on to planning (from the same sever that I see in the pop up window) from my browser without any problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
