create blog on webcenter portal 12213

Hi Experts,

I am using wcp 12.2.1.3 and how to add blog page in the webcenter portal without using external link in the page it should be created where a user can create or publish blog and it could be seen on all the member user portal page when super use publish blog.

In the guide https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/wcp/admin/GUID-E2AE75D5-471D-4FEB-A61C-113D34E52FBC.htm#WCADM11691 of 12.2.1 i couldn't able to understand the concept of blog i.e how to create and how the user publish or other functionality of blog like archive or search etc.

Kindly guide me to create a successful blog in case if it is possible to create it using jdeveloper than please provide me a guide to start creating blog in jdev from basic.
