I have a basic VM on oracle cloud. To test its reliability before subscribing to paid VM, I am trying to install a web server from this refernce link

problem starts from the first command :
Seems like I am out of space. What is the way ahead. Is it possible to run a basic web server
on the minimum VM or must one upgrade.
