Create backup folder during RMAN backup in windows server

Hi Experts,
I want to backup Oracle 19c database using RMAN in windows server 2019. I want to store those backup in a different folder location like D:\db_back\15012023, D:\db_backup_16012023 .......so each day backup will be stored in different folders. Any idea how can I achieve this?
