create backend database and use forms to input data

Good Day "" I am new to Oracle . i have to create a backend database from Scratch and use Forms ( customer review ) to input data.
i have downloaded Oracle forms 10 g and also Oracle 10g express edition .
Pls help me to start with the database creation so later i can specify tables and use them to store the data which is input...
