create adobe illustrator(.AI) file in java ?

hi..

is it possible to create adobe illustrator(.AI) file in java from
a .pdf file(link given below) ?
[link for the .pdf file|http://203.193.180.26:8080/bestellungen_sprueche_30.1.pdf]

pdf file content data like:

Tagline Length: 25 cm Group: schwarz(13x)

And we have to convert the "Tagline into an image with the follwing properties
length=25 cm
total no of images are 13

that means when we open the .ai file(which one generate from that pdf)
on Adobe Illustrator it shows 13 images of "Tagline"
