Create a Public App with APEX

Hi,

I want to create a complete public APEX app with the use of BLOB for documents storag e but I want people to be able to bookmark URL's document directly.

It seems not possible as even if there is no security defined for the app the BLOB document URL in the report contains the session id and some other security token that change each time user connect to the app report page.

Please Gurus help.
How can I access the BLOB document with a "more static" url??
