Create a .csv with BI Publisher

Hi experts,

My customer is using EBS 12.2.10 and the requirement is to create a concurrent program with a parameter with values “Excel/CSV,” so the user can choose what is the desired output file.

So my questions is, can BI Publisher generate .csv in EBS 12.2.10 ? Then I would create 2 templates with the same data definition.

Otherwise I should use utl_file, I guess.
