Create a copy of WebLogic server ver 12.2.1.4.0 on a second box.

We need to patch our current WebLogic service. To be safe we would like to copy/clone what we have now to a second box. This will then become a new development environment.

WebLogic server ver 12.2.1.4.0
Java 8 Update 381 build1.8.0_381b09
edq-av.version=20.4.1.0.0.(12)

We are looking for detail directions for the cloning or coping to a new box.
