The linked job aid shows a manual flow where a newly sent message in Message Center creates a between-visit encounter. Is this workflow able to be replicated when creating a new Message Center communication via Communication POST?
They've noted that messages in Message Center without a between-visit encounter typically fall into the abyss, so this is the way we'd need to post them.
