Create a 2nd APEX Server.

I am looking for detailed information to help guide us through the creation of a second APEX server.

At the moment, we have one all-inclusive APEX server (SERV1).

We would like to create a second server to become our TEST server (SERV2).

We’d like SERV 2 to start as a duplicate or SERV1.

Could you please point me to detail instructions to complete this task?
