Creae a chart as png or jpg (blob) from query inside PL/SQL

Hi,

I am working with Oracle RDBMS 11g and 12c.

Does someone one know a way to create a chart as *.png or j.ppg from the result of a SQL query, inside PL/SQL?

This can maybe be a Java procedure inside a PL/SQL procedure?
