Crate a dblink from oci dbcs to free ADW

recently we have purchase a new oci tenancy .

  1. create a free ADW database

  2. create a base database (with in a default domain)

  3. create a dblink for base db to free ADW

  4. It has given an error : ORA-12506: TNS:listener rejected connection based on service ACL filtering

    Can any body help us how to resolved the issue.
