cpu usage

hi all ,,,

please advice concern my issue i am dba but my manager forward this issue to me

Alert: CPU Load on DBSrv.fanoos.iq is now 100 %

this is linux centos 5.6and database is mysql 5

how can i check can you please give me some command ???
