CPU patches

Hi Support,

Our architecture -12.2.5 apps and 12.1.0.2 database

We are applying cpu patches using Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (April 2019) (Doc ID 2514102.1).

I understand

For EBS 12.2 the applicable patch to be 29224724 and for DB OJVM PSU 12.1.0.2.190416 and Database PSU 12.1.0.2.190416 Combo Patch 29252146.

For weblogic it mentions PSU 10.3.6.0.190416 (Patch 29204678).

do we need to apply for Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.9 - Web Tier Home and Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.9 - Oracle Common Home as well?

I dont see any Apr patches released yet for webtier home and common home
