Oracle Forms

Dear all,

i have two tables , tbl_countries and tbl_cities
tbl_countries will store the names of the countries, and tbl_cities wil store the names of all the cities, country_id will be used as foreign key in the tbl_cities table.

now i am searching for a script which have all the names of the countries among their cities, or
a list which has only countries name,
and a list which have each country's cities name.
do anybody know such a script?
if this script is ISO standard, will be best.
