couldnt connect to RMAN catalog database

Hi All,

I am trying to connect to catalog database and i keep getting the belwo error. the catalog database is fine and up and running. i am able to ping the catalog database also. even i was able to connect few hours back. but past 2 hours i keep getting this error. can you pleaes help?

RMAN> connect catalog ukapx058_cdsrv/tang3rin3@tsmrcat;
