Couldn't find ns_mails.xml file

Hi all
Inorder to use email notification i have to change ns_mails.xml.
As per manuals it would be available in <ORACLE_HOME>\integration\orabpel\system\services\ns_mails.xml.

But in my sys it's not available in that location. Instead it is found in <ORACLE_HOME>\bpel\system\services\ns_mails.xml.

I changed default setting to server specific settings.I amn't able to send mails. My SOA suite is installed in the linux server and 10.1.3.1 is it's version.

Any help is appreciated.
