could not read full block 2048 bytes from checkpoint file

Hi All,

We have Oracle Golden Gate 11.2.1.0.31 on Rehat.

While executing "info all",got the below error,

"could not read full block 2048 bytes from checkpoint file"

Any Suggestions,
