Error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.OracleClient' ...

Server Info: Windows server 2012 64bit, .Net 4.0, IIS 8.5, Oracle 11G 64bit

Database connected well, there's no problem.

Please help me how to fix Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.OracleClient' ... ???
