"Could not load connection type: ..." error whlie adding new connection.

Hi,

when I try to add new connection on

Oracle SQL Developer it gives this error message.

But from toad and sqlplus I can successfully connect.

Problem only occurs on sql developer.

DB VERSION:

Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.2.0 Production

TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production

SQL Developer Version:

Version 17.4.0.355

Build 355.2349

| Java(TM) Platform | 1.8.0_151 |
| Oracle IDE | 17.4.0.355.2349 |

How can I solve this issue?
