could not find the main class.program will exit!

hi,
when i double click on an executable jar file,i get this java virtual machine launcher err saying "could not find the main class.program will exit!".
the jar file i'm trying to run is weblogic 8.1's wizard.jar file .
c'd anyone tell me what the problem is?
