Could not find or load main class Oracle.net.ca.NetCA

Hi,

After Install Oracle Software, i try to use NETCA to create a Listener.

But i get this error:

Could not find or load main class Oracle.net.ca.NetCA

i use Oracle Linux and Oracle 12.1.0 C Software
