Hi, I've been using DynDNS services for nearly year and I used to be able to create a host name and let my device (4G router) to regularly update its IP to DynDNS host, it worked well. However, I create a new host name and my device updates its IP as usual but when I ping the host name in Windowns CMD, it says "Ping request could not find host xxxxx.dyndns.org. Please check the name and try again."
Does anyone know why?
