Could not create java virtual machine error while installing forms 11g

Hi All,

While we are installing Forms 11.1.1.4.0 on our machine we are facing an error 'Could not create Java virtual machine' and we are not able proceed further.

We successfully installed weblogic but when clicked Setup.exe in disk1 folder we are getting this issue.

what would be the problem. Please help us to resolve the issue.

We are installing on machine which has Windows XP service pack 3 and RAM is 3 GB and processor is Intel Xeon.
