Could not contact any RepNode

Hello everyone,

I've installed SQL Developer (v. 19.1.0.094) on my Windows OS. I've then tried to create a new connection and when I connect to it everything goes smoothly. After that I created a new NoSQL connection using localhost:5000 as Host, but, when I try to connect to it, it gives me the following error:

Could not contact any RepNode at: [localhost:5000] (18.3.7)

What can I do/How can I fix this?
