Could not connect to Database Cloud Service : SP2-0306 Invalid Option

I am trying to create a Java Cloud Service, configured both Database and Storage Cloud Services, but when attempt to create the Java Cloud Service I get the following error:

"Could not connect to Database Cloud Service. Error Details: [SP2-0306: Invalid option. Usage: CONN[ECT][{logon...: SP2-0640: Not connected ]."

Any idea where I went wrong?
