Could not Commit with Auto-Commit Set on

I am connecting to Orale 12 C DB using JDBC Connection. From Ava Application I set Autcommit as false during each connecion creation but when commiting the same connection getting error as

could not commit with auto-commit set on.

Application is running on weblogic 12 C version.
