Oracle Forms

Hi everyone;
I have a problem adding the libraries FORMLIB and APPLIB to MY FORM.
(Forms [32 Bit] Version 9.0.4.0.19 (Production))

The formlib and applib are in my working derictory: C:\MyGuest\Forms
My forms90 path is C:\OracleHome10gDS\cgenf61\admin;C:\OracleHome10gDS\forms90;C:\Guest\Forms

1. The steps I have followed are :

a)highlight pl/sql Libraries, then file====>open====>
select the formlib library from C:\MyGuest\Forms then compile it(ctl-t),
the formlib.plx was created
b) do the same steps for applib as described in a)

2.then attach the libraries to the form
-highlight Attached library
- add, then attach the librarties formlib, applib from :C:\MyGuest\Forms.
a message apper:Attached library name C:\MyGuest\Forms\formlib.pll contain ano-portable directory specification Remove path: Yes or No, I clicked on Yes

Some people told me that I have to create an oracle_path key ?????

My oracle home is C:\OracleHome10gDS

When I try to run the form it gives me the error: FORM-40039 cannot attach library C:\C:\MyGuest\Forms\applib while opening form ?????

Any one has an idea what's wrong ????
PS===>I don't have oracle enterprise manger installed on my machine, I've only
Oracle 10g developer suite
