Cost associated with setting up Data Guard

Hi,

What are the cost implications migrating from Standard edition of oracle to Enterprise edition (I believe data guard is not available with standard edition)?
I just need a rough estimate to do a presentation. Also is there any added cost if one wants to implement data guard? Fianlly, is it safe to assume the average cost of a p-series server (4 processors with 16/32G of RAM) is about £2000 ($3500).
