If I choose the "Cost and Usage Reports" option in my Oracle Cloud I see that I have to create a policy in the root compartment of my tenancy with 2 statements (picture 1). I think I did that correctly (picture 1), but the message is still showing and I will not see the reports. (Hided some parts of the statement, because I'm not sure if it's personalized.)
