correct Patch for Oracle Databse 10g Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

hello

I've got an Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (x64) wiht an Intel-Plattform. Now i found a Patch but only for AMD-Plattforms.

On https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&id=882604.1&type=NOT is written that 'Windows fixes are released in periodic bundle patches which contain all the CPU and PSU content'. Now I'm unsure which Patch (PSU, CPU or bundle patches) is the right one for Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production?
