Copying UIF files from the application server onto the database server

Please forgive me if this thread is in the wrong place

Is it possible to copy the UIF file (for example the: o14518872.mf) as it sits in the ..../logs/appl/conc/out directory to the database server using PL/SQL?

If possible how does one go about doing it?
