Copy paste image instead of upload?

Hi,

Is there in Oracle APEX any feature to copy paste image(s) on the page instead of maually selecting and uploading even in latest version 24.2.3 as unable to figure out any such option and might be I am missing any option or ther eis any altenate. User wants to use snipping tool but first she has to save then browser and upload which need to be avoided.
