Copy data from one environment to another Environment without having DBlink

Hi All,

we are using 2 environments 1. Development 2. Integration
In development I have table called ABC. It doesn't contains any data.
But in Integration the same table contains data.I want to copy the daa from Integration environment to Development environment. But there is no DB link between those 2 environmnets. We don't have permission to create DB link.
can any one please let me know is it possible to copy the data from DEV environment to Integration ENV.
