Copy data from Actual to Forecast

Hi,

I need to copy data from actual to forecast in this way:

E.g.: I have a data form with 3actual months and 4forecasting months (this will change depending on the planning month).
I need to select the last actual month and spread this value to 4forecasting months.

Now i was only able to do a business rule in a calculation manager with a DATACOPY command. So I only managed to copy data from Jun to Jun, Aug to Aug etc...

I guess this shall be done via business rules and want to avoid graphical interface.

Can you please help with the syntax or logic?
