Copy App Utility in HFM 11.1.2.4.102

Hi,

We are upgraded to HFM 11.1.2.4.102, where i have to find the Copy App utility. I have searched in below folders, but i couldn't find the same.

F:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialManagement\Client

F:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialManagement\bin

Is it possible to copy the application from HFM 11.1.2.1 to HFM 11.1.2.4 using Copy App utility across different environment / network?

I am new to HFM and using this utility for the first time.
