Cookie in Web Forms

Hi,

I'm using Oracle 9i Developer Suite exactly Oracle Forms and I have problem how I can take information which is stored in Cookies and use it in Forms.
I have tried to retrive this information using for example owa_cookie but unfortunatelly it doesn't work, also tried to take it using Java but it is also difficult.

Has Anyone any idea how to walk around this problem?
