Convertion seems to hang on one big table

Hallo,

Converting a 12.1.0.2 DB using DMU 2.1 from WE8ISO8859P1 to AL32UTF8.

I incresed the Undo tablespace frm ~ 10GB to over 40GB and now to 80 GB .

Most application tables updated after 50 Minutes. One big table Needs over 4 hours, but one table is running now over 20 Hours.

Is there something what i can do to decrease the time or increase the Performance?

Any ideas are welcome.
