Converting Text Data to Initial Caps (Upper/Lower Case

i have data in the field like
ABERCHROBIE FITCH --like this

i want change all data in the field like
Aberchrombie Fitch - First letter should b in capital and all remaining letters should be in small.

Ex:
FITCH -> Fitch
CONCAT(UPPER(LEFT(columname,1)), LOWER(SUBSTRING(columnname FROM 2 FOR LENGTH(columname))))

ABERCHORMBIE FITCH -Aberchrombie Fitch
?

AMERICAN EAGLE -> American Eagle
?
....

can anybody help me to change the first letter to capital and remaining letters to small
