Converting .rdf and .fmb files to text

Sir,

Currently I'm using Forms/Reports 6i.
I wonder to convert .rdf and .fmb source files to text format in order to put them on a CVS server. It's possible acomplish this ?
What is the best way to control version of this files on a CVS server ?
