Converting PDF to MS Word using java api

Hi,

I have a requirement where-in I need to convert PDF to MS word using java api's ( any tool based on java ).
Also the word document should retain the exact formating in the PDF.

Can you please let me know if we this requirement is feasible or not and if it's then how can best we can achieve it
