Converting from mm/dd/YYYY to dd/mm/YYYY

Hi Guys,

I have column which has a date field in this format "10/4/2007 11:31:09.611000 PM" (MM/DD/YYYY)

I want to convert it to simple 'DD/MM/YYYY'

Please suggest.
