Converting Forms Application to Web Application

Hi Oracle Gurus

How do I convert an Oracle Forms based client/server architecture to a web application?

I dont have the privilege of migrating to a higher version of Oracle Forms. I need to use is mod_plsql for this.

I understand Oracle HTML dB supports Form Handlers. Can I use this? If yes/no, please do let me know do I proceed on this.
